Before you pay for OppAlerts, there are a few things you need to understand about payment, campaign setup, and access. Some settings can change later. Your core campaign descriptions become permanent once you lock them. Take the time to get those right while you can still edit them.
The pricing and inclusions guide explains the available capacity. Regular monthly prices are $997, $497, and $247 in US dollars, with tax included. You pay through Stripe by credit card or Link. Payments are non-refundable because substantial collection costs begin when your campaigns start. Read the terms presented for your purchase before paying.
Read the campaign definition before you lock it
Your campaign describes the business and its market. Once you lock it, you can't change the campaign definition. You can still edit owned brands and competitor organizations. So you can add a competitor you just discovered, but you can't change the market you set up the campaign to research.
For example, if you're researching one service, don't lock a vague description that tries to cover several unrelated offers. Read the business description closely. Make sure it explains the market you actually want to reach while you can still revise it.
Then count how many businesses or clients need active campaigns, and work out their tracking separately. One prompt or keyword, on one provider, on one selected day, uses one weekly credit. More providers or more collection days mean more usage, even if the number of campaigns stays the same.
Understand what happens when paid access ends
Your account access ends when paid service ends. Your campaigns are archived, and your campaign and tracking history is kept. You can't read it while access is expired. Pay again to restore archived campaigns and their history, up to your plan's campaign limit.
So if your client presentation falls after your paid period, retained history won't let you open the report for it. Make sure you have access on the dates your team needs the records. Excel and CSV exports are coming soon, and exports aren't available after paid access ends.
Try the work before you pay
The API and MCP server give you read-only access to searches, data, and reports. You create and edit campaigns in the web interface. If your integration needs to change campaigns, these connections don't provide that capability.
Use the demo to work through an assignment you already have. If you're looking for publications, see whether you can use the records to assess what you'd contribute and whether it meets the publisher's requirements. Include any separate tools you'll need for site audits, sending outreach, or verifying email addresses.
At that point, you should know what your campaign will research, how often you'll collect results, and how long you need access. The product-fit guide helps you assess the work, and the paid-access FAQ explains how retained history and account access work.
