OppAlerts is a marketing and monitoring tool designed to help users find marketing opportunities through automated online monitoring and data collection.

3. Accounts and Subscription

  • Subscription pricing is variable depending on the plan selected.
  • Some plans include a free trial period, as specified at signup.
  • All subscriptions are billed month-to-month unless otherwise stated. Some plans may require an initial three-month prepayment.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the amount of data processed daily for each customer, we do not guarantee refunds. If you believe a refund is appropriate, please contact us at oppalerts.com@gmail.com.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

All content, tools, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Ontolo LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission. OppAlerts and Ontolo are protected by copyright laws.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect standard account information. Billing information is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ontolo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
