OppAlerts Pricing and What Is Included

Plan your OppAlerts purchase around the research you will use. Review beta inclusions, post-beta pricing and examples of weekly prompt and keyword tracking costs.

If you are budgeting for OppAlerts, you need to relate the offer and included usage to the campaigns your team expects to run. After the paid beta, OppAlerts will offer three monthly plans at $997, $497 and $247 per month. Prices are in US dollars and include tax, so nothing is added beyond the listed price. Payment is handled through Stripe by credit card or Link.

The paid beta is a single payment covering service through December 31, 2027. It includes up to 30 active campaigns, 10,000 tracked calls per week and six weekly calls with Ben. It does not renew automatically.

The three post-beta plans pair the published monthly prices with these limits: $997 includes 30 active campaigns and 10,000 credits per week; $497 includes 10 campaigns and 3,000 credits; $247 includes 3 campaigns and 1,000 credits.

How usage is counted

One credit is one call: one tracked prompt or keyword, sent to one provider, on one day.

The weekly cost of any tracked item is a multiplication:

providers chosen × days ticked = credits per week

Prompts go to up to three providers: ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode. Keywords go to up to two: Google and Bing. A Google keyword request returns the organic results, the ads and the AI Overview together, so AI Overview coverage costs no extra call.

Prompts and keywords draw on the same weekly allowance. There is no separate quota for each.

Working out what you need

Do this before comparing any product on price, including this one. Most teams find that frequency rather than the number of tracked items decides the figure.

Three worked examples:

  • A single brand, watched closely. 100 prompts on three providers, five days a week, is 1,500 credits. Add 200 keywords on both engines, five days a week, at 2,000. Total 3,500 a week.
  • A wide market, checked weekly. 800 prompts on three providers, one day a week, is 2,400 credits. Add 1,000 keywords on both engines, one day a week, at 2,000. Total 4,400 a week, for four times the tracked items of the first example.
  • An agency across ten clients. 60 prompts and 100 keywords per client, prompts on three providers and keywords on two, twice a week: (60 × 3 × 2) + (100 × 2 × 2) = 760 per client, or 7,600 a week for ten.

Notice what the second example shows. Checking a large set weekly costs less than checking a small set daily. Decide how often a number has to change before anyone would act on it, and buy that frequency rather than the maximum.

What is separate from the tracking allowance

Campaign capacity, tracking usage and the number of people using the account are three different things. Confirm all three against your requirements rather than assuming one implies the others.

A campaign holds one business or client: its description, brands, competitors and three buyer personas. Research inside the stored indexes, contact lookups, link gap reports and content scoring are not counted as tracking credits.

What is included beyond the software

The paid beta includes six weekly calls with Ben for training and feedback on how the product is being used.

When the service period ends, access stops and data can no longer be exported. Reasonable exports will be available before then, but bulk exports of proprietary collections such as the full Prospect Index or News Index are not included. Export limits are still being finalized.

How to evaluate it

Bring a real task rather than a feature list: a content draft you were going to publish anyway, a market you are about to research, or a client whose backlink gap you want to see.

Two checks are worth making deliberately. First, whether the reports produce work you would do, since a report nobody acts on has no value at any price. Second, which specialist tools you would still need, because this product does not audit websites, write content, send outreach, verify email addresses or read social platforms.

The tools you would keep are part of the cost of choosing it, and they are set out in what OppAlerts can replace.

Before selecting an offer, calculate your tracking workload and check which terms apply. You can then judge the cost against the research and support you will use.

Let’s discuss how we can work together.

An industry report, a custom dataset, a partnership; a couple of sentences is plenty. Every message comes straight to me, and I read all of them.

If it’s a fit, you’ll hear back quickly with next steps or a time to talk.
