Scrunch Alternatives for AI Visibility and Site Readiness

Separate AI answer monitoring from website diagnostics before replacing Scrunch. Compare alternatives for client workspaces, provider coverage and research beyond your site.

If you are reviewing Scrunch, define whether you need to monitor AI answers or change how your website serves AI agents. Choose a Scrunch alternative based on the features you use. If you bought it for Site Diagnostics, Content Delivery and Agent Traffic, you are replacing a website product. If you bought it for Monitoring and Citations, you are replacing a tracking product, and far more options exist.

OppAlerts publishes this page and is one of the alternatives on it. It does no work on your own website, which is half of what Scrunch sells.

The Core plan at $250 a month is also where several teams start looking, because of its limits. It includes 125 unique prompts, one brand workspace, five user licenses, one country, two languages, five competitors and three personas, with four engines. The nine-engine list, API access and SSO require Enterprise.

Profound, if crawler behavior on your own site is the reason

Profound is the only product in this shortlist that also reads logs from your own infrastructure. Agent Analytics monitors AI crawler activity through named integrations with Cloudflare, AWS and Vercel, and reports traffic attribution.

It covers that job from a different angle than Scrunch. Scrunch's Site Diagnostics inspects how AI consumes your site and Content Delivery changes what agents receive. Profound reports what crawlers fetched. Those are related questions with different answers, so check which one your team needs before treating this as a swap.

Profound also adds Agents, which turns a topic and a brand kit into briefs and full drafts that publish to your CMS, and names up to nine engines on Enterprise. Its self-serve plans are narrow: Starter tracks 50 prompts on ChatGPT alone with one seat, Growth tracks 100 across three engines with three seats, and the API is Enterprise only.

Peec AI, if the workspace limit is the reason

One brand workspace on Scrunch Core is the limit an agency reaches first. Peec addresses that case directly on its pricing page, asking whether you run a GEO agency and offering prompt tracking across multiple brands.

Peec's meter is tracked prompts multiplied by active models multiplied by tracking frequency. Plans cover 50, 150 and 350 prompts with three chosen models and daily collection, reaching up to twelve models on Enterprise. Team users are unlimited on every plan, against five licenses on Scrunch Core.

It reports work Scrunch does not: prompt volume scored 1 to 5, prompt classification by branded status and by intent, and brand attribute scoring. Its ads library shows which prompts return sponsored placements. It has no site audit, no crawler traffic report and no content delivery.

Otterly.AI, if the engine list on a small plan is the reason

Scrunch Core covers four engines and holds five more behind Enterprise. Otterly lists the same four (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot) on every self-serve plan, at 15, 100 and 400 search prompts for $29, $189 and $489 a month. Nothing about the engine list changes as you move up.

Its enterprise line, from $1,000 a month, meters GEO audits, GEO URL audits, API requests, MCP requests and Agent Analytics events. GEO URL audits at 5,000 or 10,000 a month are the closest published equivalent to Scrunch's site audits, and Otterly publishes the allowance where Scrunch describes Enterprise audits without a number.

Rankscale, if you need collection more often than daily

Rankscale meters credits and schedules hourly to monthly on every plan, with unused credits rolling over up to a stated multiple. It publishes the calculation: 50 prompts at 0.75 credits a run, weekly, is 162.5 credits a month. Seats are unlimited and uncharged.

Its citations analysis and query fanout reports are detailed, and page audits are included per month on each plan. It does not deliver content to agents or read your traffic.

OppAlerts, if the work is mostly off your own website

OppAlerts does not audit sites, does not serve anything to crawlers, and does not read your traffic. If those were the reason you bought Scrunch, it is not the replacement, and the FAQ on site audits says so directly.

It tracks ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode for prompts, and Google and Bing for keywords. One Google request returns the organic results, the ads and the AI Overview together. That is fewer engines than Scrunch Enterprise and the same count as Scrunch Core.

What it adds is the research beyond your own site, all selected by one campaign definition:

  • A backlink database with a link gap report.
  • A prospect index searched by meaning across opportunity types such as guest contribution pages, resource lists, roundups, podcasts and directories.
  • Stored public contact details for a site, and monthly PageRank history for a host.
  • A news and blog index covering the brand and its competitors.
  • A content optimizer that compares a draft you wrote with up to three categories you select and lists the phrases it does not contain.

Campaigns are the unit rather than workspaces, and an account holds many of them, which is the structural answer to Scrunch Core's single brand workspace.

Hold the prompt count, engine list and run frequency the same before comparing any two quotes. How to compare AI search tool costs explains why the headline plan price rarely settles it.

Before selecting an alternative, test the specific monitoring or website task you need to retain. Make sure the new arrangement covers that work.

Let’s discuss how we can work together.

An industry report, a custom dataset, a partnership; a couple of sentences is plenty. Every message comes straight to me, and I read all of them.

If it’s a fit, you’ll hear back quickly with next steps or a time to talk.
