• Subscription pricing is variable depending on the plan selected.
• Some plans include a free trial period, as specified at signup.
• All subscriptions are billed month-to-month unless otherwise stated. Some plans may require an initial three-month prepayment.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ontolo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
