AccuRanker Alternatives for Keyword Rank Tracking

Compare AccuRanker alternatives for your keyword workload and reporting needs. See how SEO platforms and OppAlerts differ on AI visibility, research and team access.

If you are reviewing your rank tracking subscription, start with the keyword coverage, reporting and team access you need to retain. AccuRanker sells keyword rank tracking at $224 a month for 2,000 to 5,000 keywords and $764 for 10,000 to 25,000, with unlimited users and domains. Teams look elsewhere for one of two reasons: the price per keyword is high against general platforms, or rank tracking alone no longer covers the reporting they are asked for.

OppAlerts publishes this page and is one of the alternatives on it. AccuRanker beats it on tracked keyword volume, and the page says so.

The alternatives depend on your reason for switching. AccuRanker already includes unlimited users and domains.

SE Ranking, when the price per keyword is the reason

SE Ranking tracks 2,000 keywords daily for $129 a month. AccuRanker charges $224 for the same keyword count. SE Ranking also includes 10 projects, 250,000 audit pages a month and 100 prompts tracked daily. The $279 plan reaches 5,000 keywords, 250 daily prompts and 30 projects.

The differences are team access and feature depth. SE Ranking meters manager seats at one and three, where AccuRanker charges for none, so a large team can lose more than the price difference. AccuRanker's forecasting, dynamic tagging and Tag Cloud have no direct equivalent named on the SE Ranking pricing page.

Semrush, when you need the platform around the tracker

Semrush tracks 500 to 5,000 keywords daily across plans from $139 to $549 a month. It also provides Site Audit, keyword research depth, competitor analysis, keyword cannibalization analysis, and multi-location and device tracking. Plans from Starter up include 50 to 200 prompts tracked daily.

For a team using AccuRanker alongside a separate audit or research tool, consolidating into Semrush can remove a subscription. For a team that only tracks ranks, it is a larger product than the job needs.

Serpstat, when the budget has to come down sharply

Serpstat starts at $50 a month, rising through $100, $169 and $410. Its allowances are 100, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 site, keyword and link searches per day. It charges for research searches rather than tracked keywords. Check that distinction against how you use AccuRanker before moving.

Ahrefs, when link data belongs with the ranks

Ahrefs tracks 750, 2,000 and 5,000 keywords at $129, $249 and $449 a month. Plans include 100,000 to 1,500,000 crawl credits and 6 months to 5 years of history. API and MCP are included on every plan. It charges $40 to $80 a month for each extra user, unlike AccuRanker's unlimited seats, so price the whole team before comparing.

OppAlerts, when the reporting has outgrown rank tracking

OppAlerts does not track keywords at AccuRanker's depth. There is no forecasting, and a program of 20,000 keywords updated daily is better served where the plan is simply a keyword count.

OppAlerts supports reporting beyond rank tracking.

Each of these reports uses one campaign definition covering the business, its brands, its competitors and three buyer personas:

  • Keyword tracking on Google and Bing, prompt tracking on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode.
  • A prospect index searched by meaning across opportunity types including guest contribution pages, resource lists, expert roundups, podcasts and directories.
  • Stored public contact details for those sites.
  • A news and blog index for brand and competitor coverage.
  • A backlink database with a link gap report.
  • Monthly PageRank history, and a content optimizer that compares a draft with categories you select.

Like AccuRanker, it is not sold by the seat. Unlike AccuRanker, one Google request returns the organic results, the ads and the AI Overview together, so an AI Overview citation sits beside the organic position for the same keyword.

Convert your keyword count, update frequency and team size into each vendor's unit before comparing prices, because only some of these products charge for people. How to compare AI search tool costs works through it.

Before switching trackers, compare the same keyword workload and reporting requirements. Choose a replacement that supports the reviews your team actually produces.
