No. OppAlerts does not write, rewrite or publish anything. There is no drafting, no rewriting to a score, no CMS connection and no publishing step. If you manage content production, use its research and comparisons within your existing writing and publishing process.
What it does with content
It measures writing you produced. Content Optimizer compares the meaning of a draft you paste in with up to three categories you select, one from each taxonomy. It returns the nearest categories and phrases associated with your chosen category that the draft does not contain.
It also researches what to write about, through question research drawn from AI answers, search results, related searches, news and prospect pages, and through format research showing what already exists in your market.
So the sequence it supports is: find the question, write the piece yourself, check that it reads as being about what you intended.
Competitors that do generate content
Several products in this category write. Profound's Agents module produces briefs and full drafts and publishes approved ones to a CMS. Surfer, Frase and Clearscope all draft and optimize. SE Ranking includes an AI Writer. Conductor includes AI content generation on every tier.
If raising output is the problem you are solving, those products address it and this one does not.
Why the measurement is a different thing
Generating text and checking text answer different questions, and a tool that does both tends to check its own work against its own assumptions.
The check here compares a draft against a category you chose before writing: an audience, an industry, a product type or a US city, as well as a subject. That catches a failure a term-based score cannot, which is a competently written piece about the right subject addressed to the wrong reader.
One thing not to do with it
Do not insert phrases from the suggestion list to move the number. The measurement cannot distinguish a term used because it belonged from one added to raise a score, and the second produces worse writing every time.
If you cannot write a full sentence a reader would benefit from, the phrase does not belong.
When you have a draft, use the content comparison to investigate its relevance. Make the editorial decision and carry the approved text into your normal publishing workflow.
