Tech support is excellent and available during regular business hours.\n\nI wish it was better at:\n1) Onboarding to be more clear about the setting, Caller ID, how many numbers you're calling, how to skip to the next lead, how to sort the leads, etc.\n2) the data was more sorted rather than me sorting through the data;\n3) the data would be already provided for the area/zip code I'm looking in;\n4) the 2,500 would renew at the start date of my membership and not 1st day of the month;\n\nLooking forward to doubling my business with this great system! Lauderdale, FL and he kindly explained the special that his company is running.  I was most interested as I had just signed up for one component part of the program.  When I found out the savings I could get using all 3 it was a no brainer.  When I returned home he followed up with me when he said he would and got me and my team set up using the dialer.
