      "transcript": "I'm here 2 months after I've had a face lift and uh in fact that's a a kind of vertical transfer and I've had a little bit of fat put in here and I had a blast puffy and I had a little bit of an eyebrow lift I'm feeling really really good I think that it's an extremely new and discreet way that my face has been lifted around 3 4 years ago I lost quite a lot of weight um and suddenly it was like my skin fell and I also got a jowling here which you'll be able to see perhaps in some of the photographs that were taken before so I had a droopy bit here I didn't have much of a chin my eyes were falling I went to Dr Julian DVA and I felt a great empathy and I felt that this was someone who was highly professional but also an artist and he wanted to do something that was really subtle and I thought that that was really interesting I did take a little while to recover and I think that that's what one should expect one has to be realistic about uh this process uh but I really think that the downtime which was not really enormous I was already be able to in fact work with some of my clients again after 2 and 1/2 Weeks yes I bruised you'll probably see some of the bruising and it was a little bit irregular yes but now everything's evening out and I think it gets better by the day and I feel really healthy and refreshed and people just are saying you look great and I'm very very happy with the results and I'd like to thank Dr Julian silver for the wonderful work that he's done with a sense of artistry and professionalism and skill that really is important if you're going to choose a plastic surgeon so the surgery was made uh I think it took about 4 and a half 5 hours or together because uh Julene is very thorough in his work he likes to make sure that there are no scars you see very very beautiful and really and truly it was uh lovely uh I drifted off and I woke up um I did not have any After Effects like one has with the heavier forms of sedation that I've had before where one can also sometimes have nausea or vomiting feel really unpleasant and heavy so particularly at my age uh the Twilight and aesthetic was really uh very lovely to have and it meant that I was able to recover much faster so I was really happy about it and I went went into a deep sleep and I felt absolutely nothing a few years ago I really started to look a lot older um and and this made me feel a little bit less secure I never thought that would happen to me and having had this uh fa lift which is so natural but really does I think uh give me a more youthful appearance I think that I have that touch more confidence I can't quite explain how it is is but that's it it's been a wonderful experience a positive experience and I don't regret it for a moment"
