I have been a human resources practitioner for almost 25 years, and I lived in a world where we worked in the traditional healthcare system. And those of us that are familiar in HR with the healthcare system, it's our typical open=access PPOs and HMOs. Year after year, we would have to go in and tell our employees that, \"Hey we're sorry. So sad, too bad, but your healthcare costs are increasing.\" It's not a good situation to be in. Fortunately we found Imagine360, which changed the trajectory of our healthcare program. We were able to offer even better benefits to our employees. We were able to hold our rates for at least three years.
