The host was responsive, the kitchen was well-equipped, the dining area and living room were comfortable, and the stream beside the property added to the peaceful setting.\n\nA few things could be improved: the upstairs bedroom lacked ventilation (no opening windows), the upstairs bathroom fan made a loud high-pitched noise, and the shower would benefit from a taller, handheld showerhead. Bathroom doors creaked, a few outlets and a light switch didn’t work, and the living room lamps only worked with the switch when plugged into specific outlets. The lockbox was difficult to use, and the upstairs bedroom bed was short-sheeted on arrival. No coffee grinder was provided.\n\nThe only major issue was loud neighbors across the street on July 8, with a party lasting until about 5 a.m., making sleep difficult. Thankfully, this only happened once.
