"reviewBody": "\"After going to this practice for several years, I am now having to get four dental implants. The crowns this practice used are faulty and are eroding, causing bacteria to enter. I have now had three tooth extractions to prepare for the dental Implants and will eventually have to have another extraction because the crown is disintegrating. Two crowns popped off revealing that the work was faulty as there is minimal tooth there, not enough to get another crown. One crown lasted less than a year and was replaced so-called free of charge for another crown since it was under a one year warranty, then charging me hundreds for a crown lengthening, which popped off less than three months later. Needless to say, I would not recommend this practice. It’s worst dental practice I have ever been to. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but believe people need to make informed decisions when they frequent a business, especially one that can cause such negative effects.\"",

"reviewBody": "I was very distressed to learn that Dr. Greer is now requiring his patients to pay all fees up front. He will then reimburse them after he is paid by insurance. I am retired and on a very limited income and there is no way possible for me to pay my costs up front. My first service was going to cost me almost 3 months of my income. I am forced to find a new dentist, which I really hate because I love Dr. Greer and his staff. Just wanted to post and let everyone know how awesome Dr. Greer is. He called me personally after seeing my post and we were able to work out a payment solution that was satisfactory to both of us. He sure went the extra mile. I can't say enough good things about him and all his staff. They are absolutely the best. Thank you so much for your personal care.",

They were told that an email went out but we never saw it. My husband has very good insurance and it covers preventative care 100%. That is why we have insurance so that we don't have to pay upfront. My husband had to pay for my daughter's appointment, but declined to be seen for his appointment, and I had to cancel my appointment for this week. We are sad that we have to find a new dentist. We feel that Dr Greer made a mistake with this new policy, but we wish him the best with his business.",
