cfosearch.com
Link authority for cfosearch.com (registrable domain: cfosearch.com) from the Common Crawl web graph: PageRank and harmonic centrality history since 2017, current scores, and the site's top backlink sources.
Web-graph authority (0-100)
Domain scores measure cfosearch.com as a whole: every subdomain's links rolled up into one node of Common Crawl's domain-level web graph. Host scores measure the exact hostname cfosearch.com. WWW scores cover the www variant of that hostname, which the graph tracks as its own entry since January 2026 (before that, www and bare host were merged). A big gap between domain and host usually means the domain's authority lives on other subdomains. PageRank is link-endorsement authority: how much weight the sites linking here carry themselves. Harmonic centrality measures reach: how close this site sits to the rest of the web when following links, which favors broadly connected sites over ones boosted by a few heavy linkers. All are normalized 0 to 100 within each crawl snapshot; a dash means that series does not exist for this site.

(Story of my life.)\n\nLater I fed it to Claude, who shot it full of holes. You tell me: What’s wrong with this model?\n\nJust to clarify, I understand that most jobs aren’t all cookies and gingerbread 100% of the time: EVERY meaningfully employed white-collar worker has a job that can *at times* be thankless and exhausting.\n\nI get that.\n\nWhat I’m referring to in this 2 x 2 is a kind of company where at the low end, there’s an “ambient level of toxicity” in which one’s work is ALWAYS a bit exhausting and it’s ALWAYS kinda thankless. A perpetual meh burger.\n\nIf that’s the case, then one should look for new opportunities passively. Thoughts?","url":"https://www.linkedin.com/posts/harryjoiner_claude-thinks-this-is-flawed-i-just-spent-activity-7482468945086746624-fZi4"},{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"DiscussionForumPosting","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Harry Joiner","url":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/harryjoiner"},"datePublished":"2026-07-08T17:26:01.570Z","interactionStatistic":{"@type":"InteractionCounter","interactionType":"http://schema.org/LikeAction","userInteractionCount":26},"mainEntityOfPage":"https://www.linkedin.com/posts/harryjoiner_winging-it-today-one-of-my-candidates-has-activity-7480673562899701760-6kPy","text":"WINGING IT: Today one of my candidates has a second-round interview for a VP-level job. She just texted me that she didn't study *AT ALL* for today's discussions.\n\nI get it: She's a highly valued A-player in her current organization and she's already got a full-time job. She's busy.\n\n(That's always a risk for me when a client insists on poaching marquee A-players from specific companies.)\n\nAnyway.\n\nI've seen rockstar candidates get away with winging their interviews.\n\nBut my candidate today might not be so lucky. There are two very senior client-side execs on the interview docket, including a PE board member and the CFO.\n\nHad she asked me, I would have strongly advised her to at least understand those executives' connection to and knowledge of the firm's ecom business.\n\nHere's why:\n\nSecond-round interviews typically probe DEPTH, not fit. Even if you know your stuff, there are ways things can go sideways.\n\nFor example ...\n\n• She might not know how ecom KPIs plug into larger financial KPIs. The CFO will likely ask her about how DTC ecom can impact the firm's cash conversion cycle. She'll probably have a valid answer, but it won't be as clean as it would have been had she asked me to research the client's category and the ways the firm's competitors are working to shorten consumer buying journeys and promote a smaller number of SKUs.\n\n• She might off-handedly repeat her first-round answers. You'd be amazed: Hiring committee members often compare notes, and haphazardly recycled stories can read as thin and unprepared. Unvaried examples might work if you're up against a slate of B-players, but that's almost never the case with my searches.\n\n• She might not be able to go both wide and deep on core ecom disciplines, like re-platforming initiatives or agency changes. Second-round interviews usually drill into specifics, and surface answers can expose such gaps in a hurry. That's not what you're paying for in a $280K VP of Ecommerce.\n\n• She might fumble specifics by not knowing the firm's KPIs, strategies, model, vendors, competitors, or customers. Such unforced errors would signal low interest on her part.\n\nI can go on, but you get the idea. A lack of preparation usually indicates that a candidate is coasting and not hungry. And in this case she's neither. She's just busy.\n\n🟥 BOTTOM LINE: The farther along into the recruiting process you get, the more likely it is that your interviews will be made or broken on CONVICTION.\n\nAnd you just can't project conviction if you haven't done your homework.","url":"https://www.linkedin.com/posts/harryjoiner_winging-it-today-one-of-my-candidates-has-activity-7480673562899701760-6kPy"},{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"DiscussionForumPosting","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Harry Joiner","url":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/harryjoiner"},"datePublished":"2026-07-01T16:57:33.617Z","interactionStatistic":{"@type":"InteractionCounter","interactionType":"http://schema.org/LikeAction","userInteractionCount":21},"mainEntityOfPage":"https://www.linkedin.com/posts/harryjoiner_what-do-ceos-want-how-convenient-the-activity-7478129684254240768-5VlM","text":"WHAT DO CEOs WANT? … How convenient: The Earnings Visuals issue of the Substack, “How They Make Money,” hit my inbox 10 min after I got off the phone with an A-player candidate who has a CEO interview next week for one of my searches.\n\nNervously, he asked me, \"What does the CEO want?\"\n\nMy stock answer to that question is paraphrased from Warren Buffett:\n\n\"The CEO wants to know that he can give you the keys to the business and go away for five years, no contact whatsoever. When s/he returns, the business will be significantly bigger than it is today – and in much better shape in terms of its financials, brand equity, and exit prospects.\"\n\nHow does one convey that? \n\nThere are many right answers, but all of the right answers start with one thing: Understanding how the business makes money across ALL of its lines of business.\n\nAs an example, take a quick look at the Home Depot chart below. Do you see HD's primary lines of business?\n\n– Why did the company pick those lines of business?\n– To what extent do the LOB's share infrastructure, vendors and management expertise?\n– To what extent do their strategies complement and reinforce each other?\n– How much of an expert should one be in hard lines, for example, if they are employed in the decor business?\n– Are the customers the same now. Will they ever be?\n– Etc.\n\nWhen you sit down with a CEO, your job is to come across as a CONFIDENT and POISED ...\n\n1./ business-oriented, hypothesis-driven, financially literate, analytically-biased BUILDER who understands the business, the market, the vendors, and the customers as an integrated WHOLE, and\n\n2./ functional expert with a relevant, proven, reality-based PLAYBOOK and PLAN for success in the role for which you have applied.\n\nSimple, but not easy.","url":"https://www.linkedin.com/posts/harryjoiner_what-do-ceos-want-how-convenient-the-activity-7478129684254240768-5VlM"},{"@type":"WebPage","reviewedBy":{"@type":"Person","name":"Harry Joiner"},"url":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/harryjoiner"},{"@context":"http://schema.org","@type":"Person","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressCountry":"US","addressLocality":"Atlanta Metropolitan Area"},"alumniOf":[],"awards":[],"disambiguatingDescription":"","image":{"@type":"ImageObject","contentUrl":"https://media.licdn.com/dms/image/v2/D4E03AQG3o8mPa7K7tw/profile-displayphoto-shrink_200_200/profile-displayphoto-shrink_200_200/0/1718366078058?e=2147483647&v=beta&t=uIQFZDRQJEZK_jTXIULfsO9DMpT1tZeCMPNCmdWXqiE"},"jobTitle":["********* *********"],"knowsLanguage":[],"memberOf":[],"name":"Harry Joiner","sameAs":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/harryjoiner","url":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/harryjoiner","worksFor":[{"@type":"Organization","name":"Ecommerce Recruiter.com","url":"https://www.linkedin.com/company/ecommerce-recruiter-com","location":"Greater Atlanta Area","member":{"@type":"OrganizationRole","description":"********* * ***"}}],"interactionStatistic":{"@type":"InteractionCounter","interactionType":"https://schema.org/FollowAction","name":"Follows","userInteractionCount":33513},"description":"\"... a dominant recruiter in the client-side multichannel ecommerce space ...\" --…"}]}
Authority over time
Every Common Crawl web-graph release since 2017, roughly quarterly. The domain series goes back to 2017; Common Crawl only began publishing the host-level graph in 2020, so host lines start there. Click a legend entry to show or hide that line. Flat lines are normal for established sites; watch for sustained rises or drops, which track real gains or losses in who links here.
A note on www: through the end of 2025 the source web graph merged www and non-www hostnames into the bare name, so one host line covers both. Starting in January 2026 the graph splits them into separate entries, which is why www can carry its own scores going forward.
Backlink counts
Unique linking domains seen in Common Crawl's link graphs. This is a different dataset than the 0-100 authority scores above: these are raw counts, host-level for cfosearch.com and domain-level for cfosearch.com with all its subdomains combined. Common Crawl covers a large sample of the web, not all of it, so treat counts as comparable between sites rather than absolute totals.
Top backlinks in the domain graph
Common Crawl publishes two link graphs. The DOMAIN graph connects whole domains: every link from any page of one domain to any page of another. This table shows the highest-authority domains linking to cfosearch.com (including its subdomains), ranked by the linker's PageRank. The table shows the top 1; the download carries the full stored list (up to 10,000 linkers) as JSON. Click a linker for its own site profile.
